I took advantage of your free shipping this past weekend (I believe it was Sunday)and ordered two Thirsties covers and a Snappi. My items arrived this Thursday morning! What great service! I've ordered from Green Planet Baby several times and have always had a great experience. Erinn shipped out my orders quickly and was quick to resolve the one small problem I've had. Returns were also very easy. I look forward to ordering from Green Planet Baby again and again.

I had a wonderful experience with Green Planet Baby. The communication was excellent, and the service, above and beyond! I wanted a diaper pail liner to match the colors of my baby's room. She didn't have one in stock, but ordered just the right one that matches perfectly for me. I also purchased a very nice wet bag from her, and plan on purchasing some diapers there after my baby is born!

I had a fantastic experience. My emails were answered in record time, lots of communication, my order was shipped out the next morning, and the best part was that even though I'm in Canada, it was still free shipping over $50, and it arrived in two weeks although I had ordered right before Christmas!! I will definatly use this shop again, and have already referred a friend who purchased as well.

Erinn at GPB is the sweetest person to work with! She communicates quickly and professionally, and her shipping is warp speed! She aims to please, and best of all, a part of proceeds goes towards an environment friendly charity each month! I will definatly buy again from her, her prices are better than my local B&M store, even with shipping!

I recently ordered from GPB and was VERY impressed. I live in Canada so many places are not willing to ship to me or if they do it is very expensive. Erinn was willing to work with me and really helped me to understand the products. She was very quick in answering my questions. I received my package within a week which is great. I HIGHLY recommend GPB to anyone and everyone. I will be shopping with GPB whenever i need to add to my stash. Thank you Erinn for a great store and for helping to make a difference in our planet!

I ordered several things (diaper covers, cloth training pants, a Sigg water bottle, several Green Bags and a string bag) from Green Planet Baby a couple of weeks ago, and I received my correct and complete order in only two days! The customer service is fantastic. Erinn is so nice and very professional. The products are great. The website is easy to use. I could not be happier with my experience at GPB and plan to order many more times in the future!
